[Q] No power button and stuck in recovery

Please help, I removed my power button a few months ago from the mainboard due to faliure. Since then i have been using the usb to turn on the phone. But two day's ago my daughter was playing with my phone and i have ended up in the Android system Recovery <3e> unable to select anything. I have tried using adb devices and fastboot with no success. Do i have to replace the power button or is ther another quick cheap fix to get out of recovery. Thank's
