[Q] Bootloader unlocking on 3.2.6 that previously had been upgraded to 4.5.2

If you would for some reason manage to get your fireos down to 3.2.6 or below, but it had been previously upgraded to 4.5.2... can the bootloader be unlocked on the downgraded device?
