xperia Active st17i hard brick no led and vibration

My xperia Active st17i hard brick.

totally dead no led and vibration

I tried to flash through flashtool but there was no reaction from LED mobile phone or from vibrate.

my phone locked. And phone drivers ALCATEL 9800 HS-USB QDLoader not s1boot.

what can i do for this? :confused:
