[Q] Soft skin bug still there at lollipop?

To the people who updated their z3c to lollipop, does the front cam still have their soft skin bug? And does the camera improved with the RAW images and not oversampled images? The update is still not rolling to my country so I guess I have to wait. Thanks :)
