[Q] Nexus 9 LTE, No Phone App in launcher

Hi,



I have the nexus 9 LTE version. I can see phone apk in settings, apps.

But no phone (or SMS) settings/app in the launcher..



Is there a way to enable the same ?

Or any other app which works like phone and which I can install in its place ?
