No SMS, Calling, or Mobile Data after flashing new modem

Hello! So I recently rooted and installed the lastest Galaxy S3 Cyanogenmod 11 nightly. Everything was fine until I noticed my mobile data, which is unlimited, wasn't working at all. So I used the magic of google to find a forum post where it said I needed to update my modem. I was directed to http://ift.tt/VPY3sa . After I got the latest one for my AT&T S3, I went into clockworkmod recovery and installed the zip. Then, it just made it worse. I now can't do anything besides connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I've tried everything from resetting to factory to installing the Carbon custom ROM. Any help would be nice
