Discusted with the options out there for Malware removal

Malwarebytes.....................PATHETIC!!!!! And thats the only option out there! Unless im missing something? I have hijacked browsers and none of the 3 browsers work. The phone got really really slow all the sudden. All apps were removed that were installed in the last month. So removing apps only leaves the spyware behind. You would think android would now have options.
