replacement battery issues?

I got a replacement battery off amazon that has great reviews, install went fine, but it doesn't seem to recharge right. Anyone else have experience swapping out batteries in this tablet? Can the ROM cause issues? Im running temasek of course.



Already got the battery replaced once in case it was Defective but new one has same issue.
