[Q] Moto G 2014 refuses to SIM unlock.

Hi I bought the Consumer Cellular Moto G 2014 XT1064 and every single ebay unlock code seller I've tried tells me that they can't find my IMEI in their database. I've unlocked the bootloader and flashed Lollipop so could that have done something? If I type *#06# in Lollipop it still shows the same IMEI so I didn't think it would do anything. I've checked to see if I put in the right IMEI and I did. Can someone help? Is there a program that can sim unlock?
