I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find an answer on the forums.
I'm running 4.6-BETA5 on my Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 Int'l.
In the last couple of weeks I've started getting notifications overlaying themselves at the top of the screen, as in the following screenshot whilst the eBay app is being updated:

This is annoying if several apps are updating one after the other, because it makes the quick settings drawer unreachable.
I've been using PA for ages without this issue so I'm sure it's a change I've made recently - except I can't work out what.
When I first got PA I found, as others have, that Chrome was opening in a floating window so I followed a guide involving something to do with Xposed Framework and the module XHaloFloatingWindow. Recently I believe there was an update to that module, and I'm wondering if by updating the module I've somehow enabled overlay notifications (or whatever they're called). It was some time ago that I first messed with Xposed and I cannot find the original guide I used to mess with the floating window thing.
So, is it possible to turn off this overlay style of notification?
Thanks.
Chris
