[Q] Can I jailbreak my Nokia Lumia 2520 and install apks?

I know that this isn't a phone, but can I jailbreak my Nokia Lumia 2520 and install apks? Because I have a Nokia Lumia 2520, and it has Windows 8.1 RT. Since it has an ARM processor, I was wondering if there was a way to make it so I could install apks onto it? Like jailbreak/root it or something? Or is there also a way to install and use android onto it? Could there be a way via micro sd card since it also has a micro sd card slot... And use it to boot into android or something. Thanks
