CM12 Fails install on RAXR HD XT926

I have the latest nightly and GAPP zips, but it fails to install with the following message:



E: error executing updater binary in zip '/sdcard/download/cm-12-20150314-nightly-XT926.zip


Any ideas on what the problem might be? Current phone info is Droid RAZR MAXX HD XT926 on Android ver 4.1.2 with TWRP recovery ver 2.8.0.0
