Use Spare Android phone as Bluetooth tag (eg. tile)for tracking suitcase?

Hi Guys,



Can i leave a spare android phone in my suitcase and use it as a tracking for my suitcase with my own Android phone> I want this to work similar to bluetooth tracking tags. Is there an app available for this?
