[Q] Unlocked bootloader, can't flash nexus 7. Please help.

I upgraded to lollipop two months before. I was waiting for the new lollipop. But after upgrading I realised that lollipop made my brilliant tablet mad. So, I decided to downgrade it to KitKat 4.4.4. I didn't installed android sdk for getting platform tools instead I copied that from my brother's laptop. I unlocked bootloader and tried to flash it. But now I can only see bootloader when turn the tablet on. When flashing it erases system and send the system, at that time it says unknown file transaction error. My computer is running in windows xp sp2. Can I flash it using my brother's laptop. Anyone who know the answer please reply to my question.
