[Q] Lg OGP f240l LTE frequency changing?

Hi, I wonder about that part of the smartphone is responsible for last frequency waves lte. I bought a phone that does not receive lte on Polish frequencies and I wonder if going to change any of the components to fit lte wave reception. Responsible for this is the antenna, chipset, or what? I hope for a response. THX
