[Q] Development for 'NoOS' smartwatch

Do you have experience with developing apps for 'no OS' smartwatch?

Why am I asking? I have 2 (smart?)watches :) ->AWETEK AGP203G and Kids Tracker Watch T22

There is no OS on it, so no SDK. Is possible to develop for watches without SDK?
