Help! Note 5 Kernal is not seandroid enforcing custom binary blocked by FRP lock.

I tried using king root and now my phone only shows this when I turn it on above the note 5 splash screen. I can still boot into recovery but it said a file was missing when I tried to restore. I don't have a pc handy to try the methods shown to fix this on YouTube but I do have an otg thumb drive and a tablet. Any help getting me back to normal would be greatly appreciated.
