*help!* flashing rom, data recovery, factory reset

OK so i forgot my password and my phone auto factory reset :eek: :( . Now I need help figuring out if i can even have the slightest chance of recovering my data. One problem im facing is the fact that the SM-900V needs to be rooted and the only way that i can find is by flashing the original rom and from there root to try to recover at least something.

Now I have some questions...

Anyone gone through this and tried doing what im want to try to do to recover data?

If i were to flash the original rom, would the data still possibly be there or does the flash completely destroy the data?

Can someone please HELP ME!
