Quick question about replacing my note 4

My note 4 wouldn't boot up was always rebooting tried everything possible, so I filed a repair request to samsung, I'm sending it back to them to hopefully get a replacement since its under warrant, but the question is will they replace it if its been rooted, before I put it in the box I put the anih firmware back on it that it came with but if they see its been rooted will they still replace it
