[Q] owner? aka user accounts

so i bought this phone for boost ans when you go tto the quick settings menu there is a tile with owner under it in the top left corner and its tied into the user accounts but under device there isnt a user accounts option and im tired of it not being my info when i click it, it says contact does not exist and no picture and its annoying because when im texting there is no picture on my end and i cant change it any ideas? :mad:
