[Q] not work principal speaker with music

I my in my one m7 not work principal Speaker whit Music, in calls Work perfectly :/ . In the mmoment i have latest stock rom .it all started when installing a viper rom a few months ago, but not even installing rom stock works. I hope me understand bad English.
