[Q] Can't Flash ROM. I'n new, I don't know what to do!

Hello All,



I have S-Off using Sunshine. I then used the TWRP Manager App to install v2.7.1.0. I wanted to flash CM11 M12, but when I tried I kept getting the message that it couldn't mount "/system". Which I have fixed, it seems.



However, now when I try to flash a ROM I keep getting the message:

"Checking for MD5"

"MD5 not found"

"Error flashing [name of ROM]"

"Failed"



I was on the HTC ROM with Android 4.4.2.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm usually pretty calm, but I'm starting to freak out a little :(



Also, I can't boot back into my stock OS.
