Pulling a watch faces back off the watch and onto the phone

A friend of mine (no, not me), accidentally deleted a favored watch face from watchmaker after doing significant modifications and calibration to it. Fortunately he did have the most current version sent to his watch first.



Is there a way to pull it back off and recreate all the significant components to restore it into watchmaker? You can import faces so it seems to reason it may be possible.
