Mi3 not rooted correctly

So I seem to have done something wrong when trying to root - usually something will come up asking if I want to allow an app root access - at the moment that doesn't happen, instead it will just automatically give root to every tom, dick and harry (every app that wants it, basically)



I'm running stock MIUI - any ideas how I can add that layer of security?
