Extremely large, phone is almost unusable.

Got my s6 edge yesterday. Rooted it, restored all my apps. once everything was restored and running, the phone immediately became large and nearly unusable. one thing I noticed is that RAM usage is constantly over 85%-90%. I freezed a couple apps and services, but it didn't help at all. Please help. Thanks in advance.
