I noticed i've been throttled. after 2.5gigs, i rarely get faster than 1mgps. I'm currently unlimited grandfathered. Used to use between 8 and 13 gigs a month and because of the throttling the last few months, averaged about 2.7 to 3.3. So switching to cricket ($55 for 20gigs a month).
My question is since cricket runs on att, can i just flash an ATT ROM? I think i can just change apn settings on a verizon ROM, but wanted to know if i could flash an ATT rom?
