Recovery Issues with TWRP v2.8.6.0

Used Mutirom, then wiped everything off the phone clean.



Went to TWRP v2.8.6.0 and flashed CM12 Nightlies. Took the backup. When I try to restore the backup it fails at recovering the data.



I have found no such issues on XDA or Google reported, can someone help me with this?
