On my D2303 Locked BootLoader, Stock 4.4.2, with Root, I sometimes get 50-60% CPU usage from system_server process.
When that happens, my phone doesn't even charge, or does not recognize the charger.
I have searched on other threads and forums and no one seems to know why that happens.
Can you suggest a solution?
