I did a search through the forums for this issue and got lots of results but none matched the issue I'm having.
I have an LG GPad 8.3 running Android 4.4.2 rooted stock with the default recovery. I'm looking to flash a bunch of font zips.
I can push the zips to my device using "adb push filename.zip /storage/external_SD" but when I reboot into recovery and choose the "apply update from external sdcard" I get the following error:
E:failed to mount /sdcard (Invalid argument)
I've formatted the sdcard with the on device default formatter (the Settings>Storage>Erase data on sdcard)...which doesn't work.
I've run "adb shell" then attempted to run busybox to format the sdcard...I can't run /sbin/busybox...I get an "access denied" error
Any help would be appreciated.
