[Q] Qilive 4926 with google account problem

Hi there, i have an issue regarding this phone Qilive 2946, dual sim, quad band, when i try to connect to my Google account it says :

" it was not possible to make the connection with server

this problem could be temporary or your device could not be prepared for data service

if this persistes you should contact your supplier"

and it doesn´t pass foward this point.

is there someone who could help me please ?
