I’ve created similar post also on the official Lenovo forum but from my point of view it is also worth-asking you guys here.
I would like to ask you for help / idea. We bought Lenovo A10-70 (A7600-F) ~ 6 months ago and after just few days we encountered quite ‘weird’ behavior – random clicks on the screen.
I was trying to solve the issue using just common things like: Android updates (official ones) and factory reset. Unfortunately the issue still persist.
We asked authorized service for fixing the tablet for the first time and we’ve received it back with following ‘repair method / information’:
“We made a new device settings (lead wire).”
Unfortunately the issue still persist..
The second try (in another authorized service – Arvato in Czech Republic) was declined as “not repro / sw issue”.
Basically, as you can see below the issue is about ‘random clicking’ on the screen.
It is happening on completely random basis (once a day, many times in a day), usually on the right / left corner of the touch screen. It is happening in many games and also in Android itself (visible on the second video).
All videos were captured in HayDay game only due to I lost my armies (in other games) several times before (you know, it makes not a such difference when some crops are harvested rather than all army is attacking e.g. right top corner – maybe there were some cool trees and rocks).
I cannot see similar issue on other devices (and the same games), e.g. Samsung tablet GT-N8010, Huawei cell phone Y550, Lenovo tablet Yoga 2.
Do you have please any idea how to fix it / what is the cause?
