[Q] HTC 816 Dual sim battery problem

Hello guys, I am new on this forum.



I have a problem with my HTC Desire 816 Dual sim.



Every time I use facebook messenger, even though my battery can be at 70%, the phone just shuts down and I need to charge it again.



What might be the problem? What would you recommend?
