[Q] cm 12 5.02 nexus 5 freaks out on full screen video

I'm having a weird issue, mostly with twitch, some times with MX players, and some times with games, where if im watching something landscape, and switch to portrait, i suddenly lose notification bar/homebackmulti etc. If I put the phone to sleep it comes back to a black screen where some times the app will come back up somes times not. Any ideas whats wrong? its like fullscreen stuff causes the launcher to crash I guess?
