[Q] Bricked N7 ?

Hi ! Since 2 hours, I try to power up my Nexus 7 2013 Wifi which was blocked (but turned on, notification LED was blinking), I pushed the power button for 10~15 sec (for emergency reboot) but nothing happened, then I charged it, nothing... And I tried to plug it to my PC and this is what I get :

So I don't know what to do, can you help me ?
