[Q] Ascend p7 update problem

Hi guys i've an ascend p7-l10 with firmware P7-L10V100R001C00B121 SP01 and i'd like to update to the latest emotion ui 3.0 firmware. In OTA i don't receive any update. So i tried to do a local update but it says me failed at the end of the process. Any tip? Thx u all
