[Q] App data unlinked from app somehow

So I previously ran into issues with Link2SD not recognizing my 2nd partition, so I eventually reformatted it.



However, I've now run into issues with being unable to install any applications, as well as my system data showing up as one massive single block instead of the individual applications - http://ift.tt/1BN3mch.



Looking deeper, Android itself (and Link2SD for that matter) both report my app data as 0.00b for every single application. However, I know the applications are working because I've been using them. I also know the app data still exists because I went to the exact directory (/data/data/app) and found that the individual app data files were all still there.



So I guess my issue now is how to link the app data back to the app itself? And I would like help figuring out how this happened as well...
